1. Who we are
ProReach ("we", "us") provides a missed-call text-back service for businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is handled. Contact: info@proreachleads.com.
2. Data we collect
- Business customer data: business name, contact name, email, phone numbers, business hours, and billing information needed to provide the Service. Payments are handled by our merchant of record — we never see or store full card details.
- Call event data: when a call to a connected business line goes unanswered, our system receives the caller's phone number, the dialed number, the call status, and a timestamp. This is required to send the text-back.
- Message data: the content of automated text-backs sent on the business's behalf, and delivery status.
- Website data: if you email us or request a demo, we keep that correspondence.
3. How we use data
- To deliver the Service: detect missed calls and send the text-back in the business's name.
- To generate the message text, the call context (business name, business hours) is processed by an AI text-generation provider. Caller phone numbers are not included in the AI prompt.
- To bill subscriptions, provide support, and meet carrier compliance requirements (A2P 10DLC registration).
We do not sell personal data. We do not use caller numbers for marketing, and messages are sent only as a direct response to a call the person placed.
4. Service providers
We rely on a small number of processors to operate the Service: telephony and SMS delivery providers, workflow hosting, AI text generation, and our merchant of record for payments. Each receives only the data needed for its function.
5. Retention
Call and message records are retained for as long as the business customer's account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for billing and compliance, after which they are deleted. Business customers may request deletion of their data at any time.
6. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is restricted to what is needed to operate the Service.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise them, email info@proreachleads.com. If you received a text-back and want no further messages, reply STOP or contact the business that you called.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated to business customers by email.
