Terms of Service
1. The Service
ProReach ("we", "us") provides a missed-call text-back service for businesses: when a call to your designated business line goes unanswered, our system automatically sends a text message to the caller on your behalf ("the Service"). These Terms govern your use of the Service.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
The Service is offered to businesses, not consumers. You confirm that you are authorized to act for the business you register, and that the phone number you connect to the Service belongs to that business.
3. Fees and Billing
- The Service is billed as a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly subscription, at the prices shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.
- Payments are processed by our merchant of record; their terms apply to the payment transaction.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information (name, hours, contact details) used in outgoing messages.
- Use the Service only to respond to people who called your business. You must not use it to send unsolicited or marketing messages.
- Comply with applicable laws and carrier requirements regarding business messaging.
5. Messaging Compliance
Text-back messages are sent only to numbers that have just called your business line, as a direct response to that call. As part of setup we register your messaging traffic in accordance with US carrier requirements (A2P 10DLC). Message delivery depends on third-party carriers and is not guaranteed.
6. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but the Service depends on third-party providers (telephony, messaging, and AI infrastructure). The Service is provided "as is" and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost business or lost profits.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms, including misuse of messaging. Upon termination we remove your configuration; your phone service is unaffected.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
