Refund Policy

Monthly subscription
- You can cancel your subscription at any time — no contract, no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep the Service until then.
- If the Service failed to operate for a substantial part of a billing period due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will refund or credit that period.
Setup fee
- The one-time setup fee covers number provisioning, carrier compliance registration, and configuration work.
- If we are unable to complete your setup (for example, your carrier does not support conditional call forwarding and no workable alternative exists), the setup fee is refunded in full.
- Once setup is completed and the Service is live, the setup fee is non-refundable.
First 14 days
If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days after your Service goes live, email us and we will refund your first monthly payment. The setup fee is covered by the completed-setup rule above.
How to request a refund
Email info@proreachleads.com from the address on your account with your business name. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
